Executive Chef – Drew Dzejak, The Grill Room
Pastry Chef – Shun Li, The Grill Room
Bartender – Roger Blais, The Polo Club Lounge
Best Fine Dining Establishment – The Grill Room

Honorees are selected based on their cuisine, professional and community contributions. No other establishment was honored more than once. All honorees will be recognized at a cocktail reception on April 20, at the New Orleans Museum of Art.
