			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><img style="float: left; padding: 0 20px 20px 0" img src="http://www.keatingmagee.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/02/addy.jpg" alt="addy" title="addy" width="150" height="172.5" class="alignnone size-full wp-image-392" /><strong>Keating Magee</strong> took home a Gold ADDY in the Public Service category and “Best of Show” in the Web/Multimedia category for its <a href="http://www.letsbetotallyclear.org">Tobacco-Free Living Microsite</a> at the <a href="http://www.nolaaddyawards.com">2010 NOLA ADDY Awards</a>. The visually stunning and highly interactive microsite was created on behalf of The Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living, a program of the Louisiana Public Health Institute. </p>
<p>Additionally, three <strong>Keating Magee</strong> team members received Ad Person of the Year Awards at the 2010 ADDY Awards ceremony held on Saturday, February 27 at the Louisiana Superdome. Communications Director <strong>Ann Wills</strong> was named <strong>Marketing/Communications Director of the Year</strong>; Communications Manager <strong>Sarah Spain </strong>was named <strong>Production Coordinator of the Year</strong>; and Senior Interactive Strategist <strong>Nick Sagona</strong> was named <strong>Creative/Technical Person of the Year.</strong> The Ad Person of the Year Awards are given out annually at the local ADDY Awards ceremony to recognize the hard work and talent of individuals within the local advertising community. </p>
<p>According to Jennifer Magee, CEO of Keating Magee Marketing Communications, “We are very excited for the recognition our efforts have received and know that it will help us to continue to raise the bar in delivering creative, results-oriented work for our clients.”</p>
<p>Saturday evening’s awards gala was sponsored by the Advertising Club of New Orleans, a member of the American Advertising Federation. The ADDY Awards is the largest and most representative creative competition recognizing creative excellence and the very best advertising worldwide. The Ad Club of New Orleans is celebrating its 100th Anniversary this year, making it one of the oldest active professional groups of any kind in New Orleans.  </p>

<p>&#8220;Toys for Tots relies solely on donations provided by the community and businesses,&#8221; said Gunnery Sergeant Carlos Walker, local organizer of this year&#8217;s Toys for Tots distribution event. &#8220;It is through the generosity of companies such as Bayer Properties that we are able to continue serving the needs of the children throughout the community.&#8221;</p>
<p>Members of the <strong>Keating Magee</strong> team were on hand during the event to help distribute the bears and other toys to over 1,500 kids.</p>
